My daughter Grace came up with this as we were not Guacamole eaters. Now we love it. No Mexican style meal is complete without it.
- Avacado - 2
- Red Onion - 1/4 medium
- Sour Cream - 2 tbsp
- Sambal - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste (a lot)
- Lime Juice - 1 medium
- Olive Oil - Dash
- Smash up avo in a bowl using a fork until smooth.
- Add sour cream and Sambal
- Dice red onion into small pieces and add to avo mix
- Add lime juice, salt and olive oil to taste.
